PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation object extraction processing device, method and program, as well as an observation image imaging display system that have a pattern of an observation object support member properly excluded, and generate an image having an observation object extracted.SOLUTION: An observation object extraction processing device comprises: a correction image acquisition unit 51 that irradiates an observation object support member with light, and thereby acquires two kinds of first and second images having the observation object support member photographed and different in a spectral characteristic; a correction coefficient calculation unit 52 that calculates a correction coefficient on the basis of the first and second images; an observation image acquisition unit 53 that irradiates an observation object support member having an observation object installed with the light, and thereby acquires two kinds of third and fourth images in which the observation object support member having the observation object installed is photographed, and different in the spectral characteristic; and an extraction processing unit 54 that corrects one of the third image and the fourth image on the basis of the correction coefficient to generate a correction image, and generate an extraction image having the observation object extracted on the basis of the correction image and the other image thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
