Dust removal device of hot air chamber in grain dryer

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust discharging device of a hot air chamber at a grain drier where dusts or contaminants are hardly accumulated at a clearance part between a grain drying chamber and a guide partition wall within the hot air chamber.SOLUTION: A dust discharging device at a grain dryer of this invention is configured in such a way that an inner space enclosed by a pair of grain dryer chambers is formed into a hot air chamber and in turn each of outer spaces of the hot air chamber is formed into an air discharging chamber communicated with an air discharging fan arranged at a short side of a substantial rectangular machine body, a hot air generating burner is placed adjacent to one end part of the short side opposing against the air discharging fan in a longitudinal side direction in the hot air chamber and the other end is provided with a cylindrical guide partition wall opened into the hot air chamber in a lateral direction and further there is provided a long rotary valve for use in discharging the grain in the pair of grain drying chambers in a lateral direction. The bottom part of the hot air chamber is provided with a cover plate for covering above the rotary valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
