A display method for a multimedia terminal used for an airport service, and a multimedia terminal. The method comprises: collecting user information; on the basis of user feature attributes within the user information, classifying the user information in different target user groups; calling a skin interface matching a target user group corresponding to a user, and loading the skin interface onto a terminal display page of the user. The method displays a matching skin for the identity of a user, reloads a matching skin following a change in the identity of the user, and satisfies different target population requirements, thereby improving the user experience. The skin interface is very friendly, thereby increasing user satisfaction.
