PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin block for dental cutting processing with excellent appearance in which crack generation is reduced, the resin block being used to make orthoprosthesis.SOLUTION: A resin block for dental cutting processing comprises (A) resin matrix and (B) spherical or approximately spherical organic inorganic composite particles. Preferably the organic inorganic composite particles have a pore volume of 0.01 to 0.30 cm/g, and preferably the resin matrix is an acrylate resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
