The characteristics lie in that a square bracket mechanism of the test device is placed in a moonpool of a trailer mechanism, rollers of a dual-axis disk mechanism are respectively placed in groove guide rails of longitudinal beams on the square bracket mechanism, and a force measurement mechanism is connected with an outer sleeve of the dual-axis disk mechanism and a straight plate on a lower beam of the square bracket mechanism through a steel wire rope of a pulling force instrument, so that the upper end is connected with the square bracket mechanism and a guide rod mechanism through the dual-axis disk mechanism, and the lower end is connected with the square bracket mechanism and the guide rod mechanism through the force measurement mechanism; and a signal receiving terminal of a numerical value collection mechanism and a signal transmitting terminal of the force measurement mechanism perform data communication therebetween. The test device has a multi-degree-of-freedom model guidance function so as to meet flow measurement requirements of a floating gate model under multi-flow-angle conditions. In addition, the test device is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and easy to maintain, and can be applied to water flow force characteristic tests of other floating structures.
