PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a patrol behavior of a flying robot from being estimated.SOLUTION: A flying robot control system is configured to: read out information on a patrol point of a patrol number where the flying robot patrols (ST1); read out information on a patrol altitude range between read-out patrol points (ST2); further, select a section up to an initial point (ST3); then, create a random number (ST4); determine a patrol altitude on the basis of the random number from the patrol altitude range of the selected section (ST5); store the determined patrol altitude in an altitude table (ST6); and execute processing of ST4 to ST6 with respect to the sections up to all points corresponding to the patrol number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
