A physical quantity determination device (1) is provided with: a sensation expression separation unit (103) which separates a sensation expression in an input sentence; a comfort expression generation unit (105) which generates a comfort expression matching the sensation expression separated by the sensation expression separation unit (103); an example sentence storage unit (110) which stores a plurality of example sentences; a distribution estimation unit (120) which refers to the example sentence storage unit (110), estimates a distribution of physical quantities on the basis of example sentences, each including the sensation expression separated by the sensation expression separation unit (103), and also estimates a distribution of physical quantities on the basis of example sentences, each including the comfort expression generated by the comfort expression generation unit (105); and a physical quantity determination unit (112) which determines a physical quantity matching said input sentence, on the basis of the two distributions estimated by the distribution estimation unit (120).
