An object is to provide an oral care device and a replacement head therefor. A replacement head for the handle portion of the electric toothbrush, comprising a sleeve portion and a head portion. A passage extending from the rear surface of the head portion to the front surface of the head portion, a plurality of bristles attached to the head portion and extending from the front surface of the head portion, and a monolithic mass integrally formed of an elastomer material. The monolithic mass includes (1) an elastomer pad portion located on the rear surface of the head portion, (2) an elastomer tooth contact member extending from the front surface of the head portion, and (3) a passage connecting the elastomer tooth contact member and the elastomer pad portion. And an elastomer anchor portion therein.
