PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce both the time and labor required for evaluating the abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: After attaching a pulley structure 1 to the tip of a shaft 11 of a motor 10, an outer race of the pulley structure 1 is non-rotatably fixed by a fastener 50. Thereafter, the motor 10 is driven to relatively rotate an inner race of the pulley structure 1 in a reverse direction with respect to the outer race, and a torque meter 20 is used to detect time series change in the torque value of the inner race. The time series change in the torque value of the inner race is recorded in a data logger 60, based on a torque signal from the torque meter 20, and further processed by a PC 70 to create a graph.
