PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite powder that has the effect of inhibiting a squeaky feeling in application and is excellent in the uniformity of a coating film in terms of quality and color vision, and also shows high ultraviolet blocking performance, and cosmetics comprising the composite powder.SOLUTION: Composite powder comprises a component (a): amino modified silicone treated tabular powder as a matrix, and further comprises a component (b): metal oxide fixed on the surface of the component (a). There are also provided cosmetics comprising the composite powder.
