PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame-shot consecutive image generation system that enables a user to view, as frame-shot consecutive images, time change of a plurality of images of intermittent photography of a same object with time that the user provides.SOLUTION: A correcting operation to correct an original image sent from a user terminal to quality high enough for use as frame images of a frame-shot consecutive image is allocated to many cloud operators for decentralized processing, so that the correcting operation is speedily performed on the whole. A correcting operation for each frame image is made open as a correction inspection job in a public open job list that each operator terminal can access, and an operator who has a free time is enabled to select and perform a correcting operation timely. Allocation of the correction inspection job to each operator is automatically semi-optimized, and correcting operations and inspecting operations can be efficiently allocated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
