The present invention relates to a detection sensor, a kit for a detection sensor, a sensor device, a method of manufacturing a detection sensor, and a detection method which can perform measurement with a simple operation. The detection sensor 1 includes a detection element 2, a first member 3 and a second member 4. The detection element 2 detects an object to be detected contained in the sample. The first member 3 has a first flow path portion 30, and the first flow path portion 30 includes a first storage portion 31 for storing the reagent supplied to the detection element 2. The second member 4 is configured to be movable relative to the first member 3, and includes a second flow passage portion 40. In the detection sensor 1, the first member 3 and the second member 4 are combined to constitute a combined flow channel 50 in which the first flow channel portion 30 and the second flow channel portion 40 communicate with each other.
