PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize concentrate (raw material) to be supplied.SOLUTION: A raw material supply device 1 comprises a second passage 12 through which concentrate (raw material) passes and which is provided outside a lance 16 through which the reaction gas passes, and a raw material homogenizing mechanism 30 which blows raw material uniformizing gas to the concentrate passing through the second passage 12 and adjusts the distribution of the concentrate.
