PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a server, a program and a method for generating a dictionary for second application use from a dictionary for first application use.SOLUTION: A device for generating a dictionary for different application use comprises: category name vector search means which searches a category name vector corresponding to a category name of application use by using word vector storage means; candidate vector calculation means which calculates a candidate vector by obtaining a difference between the category name vector corresponding to the word vector and an arbitral word vector acquired from dictionary vector storage means and adding the category name vector corresponding to the category name of the application use to the difference; vector distance determination means which searches the word vector having a distance between the candidate vector and each word vector in the word vector storage means not more than a predetermined threshold or a degree of similarity therebetween not less than a predetermined threshold; and dictionary generation means which adds a word with a surface expression corresponding to the searched word vector to a second dictionary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
