PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal disposing apparatus capable of: disposing an animal without having only an inviting food taken by the animal and wounding the animal; and giving a mortal wound, if necessary, to an animal to rob the food, if necessary.SOLUTION: An animal disposing apparatus A1 comprises: an enclosure section 1 for forming an invasion section part 10 therein; a range part 2 formed in the invasion section part 10 for becoming a hitting target; a detection part 3 for detecting an animal to enter the range part 2; and a hitting part 4 responding to the detection of an animal by the detection part 3 for performing a required disposition by the hit of the animal having entered the range part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
