PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program etc., that detects a time zone in which a psychological state of a person is influenced from a comment document.SOLUTION: A computer is made to function as: psychological keyword dictionary means in which psychological keywords are previously registered by psychological states; time zone psychology determination means of associating psychological states of psychological keywords and also associating contribution time correspond with time zones using the psychological keyword dictionary means when psychological keywords are described in respective comment documents; score updating means of updating score storage means so that scores of psychological states increase in the time zones associated by the time zone psychology determination means; and time zone value detection means of outputting, as a time zone high in value for each psychological state, a time zone in which the psychological state becomes equal to or larger than a predetermined number or predetermined rate of scores using the score storage means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
