PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead plate mat for radiation shield and a lead mat system for radiation shield capable of securing the strength and the shield-ability of a fixing jig provided on a base cloth of the lead plate mat for radiation shield.SOLUTION: A lead plate mat 10 for radiation shield includes: a lead thin plate 20 adhering a synthetic resin film on the surface; a base cloth 30 storing a plurality of laminated lead thin plates 20; a pair of radiation shield plates 40 provided on the end part facing the base cloth 30; and a reinforcement belt 50 provided across the pair of radiation shield plates 40 inside the base cloth 30. A fixing jig 80 having an eyelet hole 60 is provided at a place intersecting between the radiation shield plate 40 and the reinforcement belt 50. In this case, the radiation shield plate 40 is inserted between a plurality of layers of the end part of the lead thin plate 20 so as to make the thin lead plate 20 slidable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
