PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching or training device of the tightened state of a gasket that allows easy and efficient teaching or training of a tightening level when a gasket of a joint of a pipe is tightened with a bolt.SOLUTION: The device is used for teaching or training the tightened state of a gasket 3 when the gasket 3 is sandwiched between two flanges 1 and 2, and the flanges 1 and 2 are tightened together. As the flanges 1 and 2, flanges 1 and 2 are used that have a transparent part through which at least the tightened state of the gasket is observed. The gasket 3 is interposed between two flanges 1 and 2, bolts 4 and 5 are inserted into bolt through holes 8 disposed in each of the flanges 1 and 2, and nuts 6 and 7 for tightening the flanges 1 and 2 are attached at ends of the bolts 4 and 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
