PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user friendliness of a power generation facility management system for managing power generation facilities provided in houses within a specific area and a power generation facility as a shared facility.SOLUTION: In order to manage house-side PVs 1 installed in a plurality of houses H within a specific area AR and a shared PV 2 that is cooperatively possessed by inhabitants of the plurality of houses H, in each of the houses H, a home server 10 and a user terminal 11 are provided. Information corresponding to a power generation amount of the house-side PV 1, information corresponding to generated power of the shared PV 2, a current value of points for each house in converting a profit obtained by selling the generated power of the shared PV 2 and distributing the point to each of the houses H, and a screen for application of a service available by exchange with the point are displayed on a display of the user terminal 11 in each of the houses H.
