PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To streamline a joint part of a composite structural building in which a reinforced concrete column, a steel beam and a brace material are disposed and reduce a construction period and cost.SOLUTION: A closing plate 11 is fixed to a section in which an outer shape of a column-beam connection part in which a brace 3 is disposed to pass through an intersection between axes of a vertically connected reinforced concrete column and a steel beam 2 is formed. A side face form 17 is closely fixed to a top edge of the closing plate 11 so that a section in which an end of the brace 3 fixed to the top face of the steel beam 2 interferes with a part of a bottom edge of the reinforced concrete column on an upper side is included. Concrete is casted in a space in which column main reinforcement penetrating holes 16 are disposed, surrounded by the closing plate 11 and the side face form 17 to integrally manufacture a column-beam connection part 10A and a concrete column precast part 10B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
