PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bullion removing device in a vacuum degasification tank capable of efficiently removing a bullion stuck to the inside face of the vacuum degasification tank, and a bullion removing method.SOLUTION: Provided is a bullion removing device in a vacuum degasification tank where a burner 8 is sagged at the inside of a vacuum degasification tank 1 by an elevation mechanism and is rotated around a shaft line to remove a bullion stuck to the inside of the vacuum degasification tank. The burner 8 has a columnar outer face shape, tilts a gas flow passage formed the inside thereof to a shaft line, and jets burner flame from a jet port opened to the eccentric position of the lower face to an oblique lower direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
