PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for clearly indicating support information in response to a request from an opposite user.SOLUTION: A terminal for clearly indicating support information for supporting a terminal operation to be performed by a support target user to cope with a dialog sentence output from an opposite user includes: support target text registration means for registering a support target text and an address of the support information in association; support target text detection means for detecting the support target text registered in the support target text registration means from among the dialog sentence of the opposite user; support information acquisition means for acquiring the support information from the address corresponding to the detected support target text by using the support target text registration means; and support information clearly indication means for clearly indicating the acquired support information to the support target user on a display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
