EARTH RETAINING STRUCTURE WITH FLOOD CONTROL FUNCTION AND UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE USING THE SAME AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve a flood control function of an earth retaining structure.SOLUTION: An earth retaining structure 2 is constructed by adjacently installing hollow circular pipes 11 in the foundation in a horizontal direction. Water is stopped by charging a solidification material 12 in a clearance between the hollow circular pipes 11, 11 that are adjacently installed in the horizontal direction. A water conduction hole is formed on a pipe wall part of the hollow circular pipe 11 based on any of the following: a pattern to form only water inflow hole 13; a pattern to form only water outflow hole 14; or a pattern to form the water inflow hole 13 and the outflow hole 14. When an outer face side of the hollow circular pipe 11 on which the water conduction hole is formed is on the foundation side, a permeable layer 15 is formed on the outer face side of the hollow circular pipe 11 along a foundation depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
