PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coating film capable of maintaining excellent anti-reflection property even under high humidity environment and having improved water droplet trace adhesive property.SOLUTION: There is provided an optical coating film comprising a coating film formed on a substrate, having at least an air gap (X) in the coating film, the air gap (X) with an average of a major diameter (L) and a maximum value (D) of a minor diameter orthogonal to the same: (air gap size=(L+D)/2) of 20 nm to 60 nm and the major diameter (L) and the minor diameter (D) of the air gap (X) of 1.1L/D2.5 and change of color difference after a water-resistance test within 2%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
