This correction value acquisition device (10) includes: an irradiation position detection unit (11) that detects an irradiation position of illumination light on each circumference of spiral scan trajectories on a subject; an irradiation position calculation unit (13) that calculates the theoretical irradiation position of the illumination light; a deviation value computation unit (14) that computes the difference between the theoretical irradiation position and the detected irradiation position as a deviation value; and a correction value computation unit (15) that computes a correction value for each circumference from the deviation value calculated from the theoretical irradiation position on the same circumference of the scan trajectories.
