PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store transported objects on a number of transported paths in containers by a transported object moving device having a smaller hand movable range.SOLUTION: A transported object storage facility 12 is formed including: four conveyors (transported paths) for transporting tomatoes 14; a robot (a transported object moving device) 30 having a hand 28 which holds the tomatoes 14 from above and moves the tomatoes 14; four container placement bases which are arranged below the hand 28 in a direction along a flat surface and on which containers (boxes) 18 are placed; a placement base moving device 24 which moves the container placement base 22-4 placed at the outer side of a movable range S of the hand 28 to the inner side of the movable range S of the hand 28; and a control device which is not shown in the figure and causes the robot 30 to conduct operation for storing the tomatoes 14 in the containers 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
