PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract an adequate keyword from information of a document or the like without depending on appearance frequency of the keyword included in the information.SOLUTION: A keyword extraction system (1500) includes: a candidate-phrase extraction part (1501) which extracts one or more candidate phrases which are phrases used as candidates of keywords from input information; and a keyword determination part (1502) which determines whether specific candidate phrases are keywords according to the information regarding the other candidate phrases including a string similar to the specific candidate phrases among the extracted candidate phrases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
