PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preventing intrusion of computer viruses and a system for deleting data stored in a storage device capable of destroying and deleting unnecessary storage data including computer viruses, and automatically backing up and protecting an electronic substrate and necessary data.SOLUTION: In a system for deleting data stored in a storage device and deleting computer viruses, a plurality of SPDs 6a, 6b, and 6c having different ratings are connected respectively in parallel to a two-pole or three-pole AC circuit connection terminal 5, the AC circuit connection terminal 5 being arranged on an electronic substrate 4 of an electronic apparatus on which a power source circuit 1, a counter circuit 2, and storage devices 3 such as a hard disk drive (HDD) and a solid state drive (SDD) are mounted; and a surge current discharge circuit 7 to the storage devices 3 is attached to the power source substrate 1.
