PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a text message voicing device for enabling a creator to turn a plurality of text messages into voice in auditorily different states even by using the same speaker model data.SOLUTION: A message data acquisition part 102 acquires message data including a text message and information indicating a message creator. A storage part 103 stores the set value of at least one parameter among the reading speed, reading pitch, reading volume and voice output localization of the text message in association with the message creator. When the message data acquisition part 102 acquires the message data, a control part 101 reads the set value of the parameter corresponding to the message creator from the storage part 103. A voice conversion part 104 converts the text message into voice data by using speaker model data and the set value of the parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
