PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment aluminum plate, surface treatment liquid capable of forming the surface treatment aluminum plate, and a production method, the aluminum plate being excellent in fabrication adhesion of an organic resin coating layer even when severe fabrication is performed as a can production material, and showing excellent anticorrosion and anti shock resistance (dent resistance).SOLUTION: The surface treatment liquid for surface treatment by chemical conversion treatment of the aluminum plate, contains a water dispersible polyester resin, a water dispersible particulate component, a fluorine ion, and a zirconium ion or a titanium ion. The particulate component is a crosslinked particle composed by crosslinking of a crosslink polymer comprising a single copolymer of a (meta)alkyl acrylate ester, or another copolymer with another polymerizable monomer which is co-polymerizable with a (meta)alkyl ester, or an inorganic silica particle. Less than 10000 ppm of the polyester resin and less than 5000 ppm of the zirconium ion or the titanium ion are contained.SELECTED DRAWING: None
