PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correct lendable time of a parking lot even when a mobile body leaves in any time.SOLUTION: A parking lot management system for managing lending of a proprietary parking lot in a non-use time zone includes: a navigation device 5 to be moved together with an owner vehicle 3 associated with a predetermined parking lot; and a parking lot management server 1 for managing lending of a parking lot in a non-use time zone of the parking lot. The parking lot management server 1 includes: an acquisition section for acquiring first position information indicating a position of a parking lot and second position information indicating a destination of the owner vehicle 3; and a lendable time calculation section 15 for calculating a lendable time of a parking lot including a movement time from departure of a mobile body from a parking lot to return to the parking lot by way of a destination on the basis of the first position information and the second position information. The lendable time calculation section 15 calculates a lendable time when the start of the navigation device 5 is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
