PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strength prediction method for modified soil that can predict a strength of modified soil even when dredge soil to which a modifier is added to obtain the modified soil changes, along with a manufacturing method for modified soil that uses the strength prediction method.SOLUTION: There is provided a strength prediction method for modified soil in which two or more types of test dredge soil is prepared, and electric conductivity of water contained in each type of the test dredge soil is measured; uniaxial compressive strength of test modified soil, obtained by adding a modifier to each type of the test dredge soil, is also measured to obtain a correlating equation between the electric conductivity of the test dredge soil and the uniaxial compressive strength of the test modified soil; and the uniaxial compressive strength of the modified soil obtained from the dredge soil is predicted, utilizing the electric conductivity of water contained in dredge soil used in actual manufacturing, on the basis of the correlating equation.
