PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can support a selection of an appropriate in-store publicity.SOLUTION: A server device 10 comprises: a storage unit 120 that stores by-publication customer attraction information associating an attraction rate of a customer in an area targeted for publicity for each customer attribute relative to publicity conducted in a retail store; a customer information acquisition unit 111 that acquires an attribute about an in-retail store customer; an attribute identification unit 112 that identifies the number of customers for each attribute identified by the customer information acquisition unit 111, and identifies an attribute for displaying publicity information in accordance with the number of customers; and a display information generation unit 113 that refers to the by-publicity customer attraction information using the attribute identified by the attribute identification unit 112, and generates a publicity information display screen that displays the prescribed number of publicity associated with the attribute in order of the customer attraction rate.
