PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger guidance system capable of providing passenger guidance information in real-time.SOLUTION: A passenger guidance system include: an operation management device 3 for managing on-rail information 10a transmitted from a train approaching a station and an operation diagram, and outputting the on-rail information 10a and operation information 16 that contains a train category; a predicted congestion information computation process device 5 for calculating and outputting predicted congestion information predicted in a progress destination of the train on the basis of the operation information 16 and passenger getting on/off information 8a that is collected by a passenger detection device 8 installed in each station; and a passenger guidance display device 4 for selecting a station among the respective stations to which the train is stopping on the basis of the operation information 16, and causing a display 6 to display passenger guidance display information in which the selected station is correlated with the predicted congestion section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
