PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a viewer to be easy to carry and use a penlight and a telescope used for enjoying a concert.SOLUTION: In this invention, a monocular telescope is disposed at a central part, and the light source and substrate of a conventional concert penlight are incorporated integrally with the surroundings of the telescope. Consequently, the telescope can be also used as a penlight, and when a viewer wants to view a stage, has advantage of properly using functions, such as magnifying for view, according to time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
