The present application relates to a kit or device for detecting early pancreatic cancer or pancreatic cancer precursor lesions, which contains a nucleic acid capable of specifically binding to miRNA in a specimen of a subject, and the expression level of the miRNA is measured in vitro. A method for detecting early pancreatic cancer or pancreatic cancer precursor lesions is provided.
