PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sharing of composite images among a plurality of client terminals or sharing of medical image information between an image collection device and the client terminals.SOLUTION: In a system 1, an image collection device 20, a server 40 and a plurality of client terminals 30 are interconnected through a network N and information is shared among the plurality of clients 30 through the server 40. The image collection device 20 acquires operation setting image information and medical image information from a medical apparatus 10, performs image processing on the medical image information, and transmits the medical image information and image processing result image information obtained by the image processing to the server 40. The server 40 transmits the medical image information and image processing result image information received from the image collection device 20 to the plurality of client terminals 30. The plurality of client terminals 30 combine the image processing result image with the medical image information received from the server 40 and displays a composite image.
