The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing nylon-6 particles whereby the shape of the obtained particles can be made nearly spherical and a narrow particle size distribution can be obtained. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing nylon-6 particles, the method including a step for cooling a solution in which nylon-6 is dissolved in a polyhydric alcohol, the solution obtained by mixing nylon-6, an inorganic salt, and a polyhydric alcohol while heating the same. In the cooling step, the solution is cooled to a temperature equal to or below the glass transition temperature of nylon-6 while the cooling rate is maintained at 5°C/minute to 10°C/minute.
