PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triaxial frost heaving test device capable of measuring secular change and spatial distribution of frost heaving pressure in a freezing direction and a freezing orthogonal direction in a freezing process, and a measurement method of a three-dimensional freezing expansion characteristic of soil.SOLUTION: A triaxial frost heaving test device includes an upper pedestal 3 and a lower pedestal 4 disposed on the upper and lower end sides of a test body 2 for soil so as to hold the test body 2 therebetween, and refrigerant supply means circulating and supplying a refrigerant to the upper pedestal 3 and the lower pedestal 4. Also, the triaxial frost heaving test device includes: a deformable resin ring 11 covering and holding the test body 2; an elastic adhesion layer 12 coupling the resin rings 11 vertically adjacent to each other in a relatively displaceable manner; displacement measurement means 13 measuring displacement of each resin ring 11; and pressure measurement means 14 attached to each resin ring, and measuring pressure of the test body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
