PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home-visiting medical care support system, a home-visiting medical care support method, and a home-visiting medical care support program that enable the medical care state of a patient to be easily grasped.SOLUTION: The home-visiting medical care support system is designed to support home-visiting medical care, the home-visiting medical care support system being characterized by having: a storage unit in which the name of a patient to whom home-visiting medical care is to be provided, and the date of the home-visiting medical care, an unscheduled visit to the patient, and follow-up examination by telephone are correlated with each other and stored; a totalization unit for referring to the information of the storage unit and totalizing, for each prescribed period, the respective number of times of the home-visiting medical care, the unscheduled visit to the patient, and the follow-up examination by telephone; and a display control unit for making the totalized numbers of times displayed in correlation for each prescribed period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
