PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display system capable of integrating wide-range map information and detailed information on a structure contained in the map information and displaying them, while suppressing an amount of data.SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional image display system, a storage unit of a server stores the respective three-dimensional data stored in first storage means of storing aerial three-dimensional data, second storage means of storing wide-range ground three-dimensional data, and third storage means of storing narrow-range ground three-dimensional data, so as to be associated with each other. A control unit of the server includes: storage unit selection means of extracting storage means having three-dimensional data at a designated position, from the plurality of storage means, based on position designation and scale designation from a terminal; and a hierarchical map image display means of generating a three-dimensional map image suitable for a designated scale in a region containing the designated position from the extracted three-dimensional data of the storage means, and displaying the image at a display unit of the terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
