The water addition device has a moist gas supply port (22) for directly introducing a moisture gas (S) containing moisture or steam into the cooling zone. Calcined plaster is introduced into the cooling zone from the pyroplastics inlet (16) of the cooling device, is hydrolyzed in the cooling zone and reformed.
