USAGE-BASED INTELLIGENT LOADING OF COMPONENTS IN A COMPONENT-DRIVEN, MULTI-TENANT CLOUD APPLICATION

A method for dynamically configuring a web page of an application, including a set of components presented in the web page, is described. The method includes determining, by a web server, usage characteristics associated with a user and the set of components of the web page; modifying, by the web server, an optimization parameter for a component in the set of components based on the usage characteristics, wherein the optimization parameter for the component indicates that a minimized version of the component is to be used in the web page for the user instead of a full-sized version of the component; and generating, by the web server based on the optimization parameter for the component, the web page such that the minimized version of the component is used in the web page.
