A computer program for achieving balance of the mind of an examinee is provided. A computer program configured to cause a computer including a CPU and a memory to execute processing for achieving balance of the mind of an examinee, the computer program being configured to cause the computer to execute the following steps:a first step of making the examinee visualize a set of symbols;a second step of applying the symbols to a feeling of the examinee and a state of the examinee's mind; anda third step of making the examinee understand a recognition system represented by the set.
