A process for eliminating chemical oxygen demand by combining metal salts with hydrogen peroxide, and then treating deep dqo with ozone containing gas and hydrogen peroxide or ultraviolet radiation related to hydrogen peroxide. Using less metal salt and hydrogen peroxide, the residual gas of ozone is less, which is more suitable for industrialization.
