Cold rolled steel sheet having excellent forming capability and method for producing the same. An objective of this invention is to provide stably a steel sheet with excellent cold rolled forming capability, and a method advantageous for producing cold rolled steel plate.Specifically, the present invention provides a cold rolled steel plate having excellent forming capability comprising a composition including, in mass%, C: 10% to 35% (exclusive 0010%); Si: 0.1% or less; Mn: 0.35% or less; P = 0.035% or less; s: 0.02% or less; N: 00060% or less; and al: 0.005% to 0.1%; and the balance being Fe and incidental impurities.Where as [% Mn] / [al] 20%; diameter of grain of ferrite in the steel is at least 5 109 m; and at least 50% of precipitation of cementita are present on the edges of the grains of ferrite.
