"Ceramic Composite Materials Containing Carbon Nanotube Infused Fiber Materials and Methods for Producing Them". The present invention in various embodiments relates to composite materials containing a ceramic matrix and a carbon nanotube infused fiber material. illustrative ceramic matrices include, for example, binary, ternary and quaternary metal or non-metal carbides, oxides, nitrides and carbides. The fiber material may be distributed evenly, non-uniformly or gradually in the ceramic matrix.
