The gusset is a directional fabric having a width, length, a first front surface and a second front surface separated by a thickness. the first front surface of the directional fabric is affixed to an arrow shaped preform component. The directional fabric reinforcement may be a single layer or multilayer fabric which may be woven using a programmable execution system.
