It is described a system for promoting the transfer of oil between a FPSO platform (1) a ship VLCC (5).The proposed system enables the transfer between these vessels in scenarios where the sea is potentially severe conditions.To solve this difficulty is installed a buoy (2) of sub surface anchored at the bottom of the sea on which to rest at least a transfer duct (6) connected by its ends.Respectively, the FPSO platform (1) and a monobóia (4).
