The use of a kit to sequester metal ions, organic cationic eliminating sodiados [M + Na] + and [M + k] + potassiados favoring detection of only protonated ions [M + H] + in solution analysis cOm methanol, acetonitrile and water and their mixtures of any type of organic analyte and mixtures of analytes by mass spectrometry for eletrospray ESI (+) - MS.The use of kit eliminates the division of ions which can result in interference isobáricas and form easily fragmentáveis protonated ions.Then increases the quality of analysis facilitates the identification of the analyte.The relationship of an ion by the analyte is highly beneficial for analysis by direct infusion of complex mixtures by ESI-MS and ESI-MS / MS.
